Reading body language is a known topic that we all have read and talked about. I write this article to bring to light a different side of Body Language. In all my training sessions on Body language, I ask participants to slouch their shoulders, drag their feet and walk slowly looking down for 30 sec to 1 minute.
After 1 minute I ask them, how they feel ??????? And words that come out, are ‘Drowsy’, ‘Lazy’, ‘Sleepy’ etc.

Last evening, met a few friends for coffee and in the round of fun, gossip and discussion came around entrepreneurship and new courses coming up. One of my friends started mentioning this wonderful course in entrepreneurship which will teach us certain aspects. The list was interesting, but I could feel Deja Vu. Felt like that Hindi movie having punarjanam or that I’ve been here sort of feeling. I happened to look back and 15 years flashed. I was looking at my life and in the last 15 years two things I embraced and admired the most, one was being a mother and the second being an entrepreneur.
